Jennifer Shaffer has been an integral part of Horses of Hope for the past four years. She began as a Saturday morning feeder and, last year, stepped into the role of Riding Instructor.

A lifelong resident of the area, Jennifer grew up competing in 4-H horse shows alongside her two sisters. Her passion for riding continued through college, where she was a member of the Penn State Equestrian Team while earning her B.S. in Business Management.

For the past 30 years, Jennifer and her husband have raised their three daughters in Jersey Shore. She loves the challenges and rewards of teaching her students and looks forward to continuing her journey with Horses of Hope for years to come.
